Jacqueline J. Warner, Esq. is a seasoned attorney at the national law firm of Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, in White Plains, New York with over 19 years of experience with corporate, securities, real estate, and estate planning and administration matters. Attorney Warner regularly advises clients on starting and growing their business, raising capital via private offerings and negotiating a wide array of contracts.

Jackie is a proud graduate of Howard University where she obtained, on full scholarship, both a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting, and Juris Doctor, in addition to serving as an Editor for the Howard Law Journal.

A public speaker as well, Ms. Warner regularly makes presentations to various business associations and conducts seminars/workshops as a faculty member of CEO Space, Inc., a reputable, national business network organization which helps business owners and entrepreneurs reach their full potential.
