Thomas E. Jandt was born and raised in Southern California. After attending California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo from 1988 to 1992, he became a stockbroker in January of 1993 for one of the nation’s largest regional broker dealers. Specializing in small cap stocks and investment banking, Mr. Jandt became the firm’s youngest top producer within his first 12 months as a broker.

By January of 1994, Mr. Jandt was recruited away to Thomas James Associates, an active and successful investment banking firm, where he specialized in raising capital for initial public offerings (IPOs), real estate investment trusts (REITs) and small to mid-sized capitalization companies. Thomas James was then acquired in late 1994 by HJ Myers, a NYSE listed broker dealer.

In 1995, Thomas Jandt became an independent Financial Advisor, providing securities and investment banking services under the name of The Private Client Group, which offered securities through the broker dealers of Tradeway Securities, Inc. Finance 500, Integrity Brokerage Services, AIS Financial and Newport Coast Securities, each being members of FINRA/SIPC. In August of 2009, The Private Client Group changed its name to I3 Financial, Inc. which currently offers securities through Newport Coast Securities, Inc. member FINRA/SIPC. Mr. Jandt is currently licensed as a Series 7, 24, 63, 65 & 79 and is currently a General Securities Principal for Newport Coast Securities, Inc.

Mr. Jandt successfully managed a net branch of Bridge Capital Funding for residential and commercial mortgages prior to, and through to, the peak of the housing boom. After a decade of suc- cessful transactions, Mr. Jandt closed the mortgage division of his company in June of 2006, shortly after authoring multiple articles in April of 2006, predicting the real estate crash that would come shortly thereafter, citing ARM mortgages and high prices as the imminent threat.

From March of 2006 to August of 2009, Mr. Jandt served as the Executive Vice President of Rubicon Financial, Inc, a publicly traded financial services holding company that owns wholly owned subsidiaries in the securities, real estate, mortgage and insurance industries. Rubicon Financial, Inc. is the parent company and 100% owner of Newport Coast Securities, Inc.

Mr. Jandt is currently the CEO of Hilton Thomas & Associates, Inc., a Real Estate Investment Company. He is also a licensed REALTOR and carries an SFR designation, which is a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification through the California Association of Realtors and serves on the Housing Affordability Committee of The Inland Valley Gateway Association of Realtors, as well as the Political Action Committee, Education Committee and the Cultural Diversity Committee.

Mr. Jandt is the CEO of I3 Financial & Insurance Services, Inc. and holds a California Life and Health Insurance License #OB94777.

Mr. Jandt is an author, speaker and columnist who’s book was recently published by No Limits Publishing as one of their premiere authors for his most recent work titled, “Your Money is Every- thing”. Mr. Jandt also writes articles and opinion editorials to various trade journals and industry magazines such as the Scotsman Guide, the Niche Report and the Best of the Canyons Magazine.

Thomas Jandt is also the Chairman & Founder of Champions & Heroes, a 501 c 3 nonprofit corporation established in 2007 to address the needs of important charities by bringing businesses and donors together for a common cause.
